Benny + Lily first met each other at a 5K race in high school as freshmen in Atwood, IL.
For about four months they had a crush on each other, until Benny messaged Lily, as they talked for about a month until Benny finally worked up the courage to express his feelings to Lily.
At first, they were just friends and getting to know each other. Until the chemistry struck in the first hug. Now, five years later they finally made it official on June 13, 2020!
Lily’s wedding dress was stunning, with the cute “boho” look. Benny and his groomsmen were so fun and exciting to capture.
Everlasting Ties creates the most unique “boho” look, they sell tons of macrame decorations. They did a beautiful job for Lily’s perfect ideal look for the 21st-century wedding. This is definitely an old one, but making a comeback for weddings, if you need some macrame handmade, you now know where to look!
Benny and Lilly got married at a family farm in Atwood, IL, which was gorgeous in the little Amish community. One of the largest and oldest Amish communities in Illinois.
Despite their age, these two have a love for each other that reflects a couple beyond their years. They have been through some difficult times, including the groom losing his father just months before the wedding, but their love for one another has just grown stronger.
The key to all of this is their love for God. He sustains them through the thick and the thin, and they allow God to move in their lives so they can lift one another up. It was an absolute pleasure to capture these two becoming one forever.
