Another love story in the books <3
Levi + Amanda met 5 years ago at a 5k race in High School. For 4 long months, they crushed on each other from afar. Levi finally built up the courage to message Amanda, but it then took him a month to express his feelings for Amanda.
Instead of jumping into a relationship, they became close friends and got to know each other over the course of a few months. It wasn't until Levi grew the confidence to hug Amanda that their relationship took a different path and the rest is history.
Levi and Amanda chose some pretty cool locations for their engagement session in Springfield, IL. We started off at the Art Alley and took some cool photos around painted murals.
Next, we walked over to their favorite bar in Springfield, IL: Buzz Bomb. Levi and Amanda spend many weekends at Buzz Bomb playing Scrabble.
They wanted to commemorate those memories by doing just that for their session! Buzz Bomb had a whole beer garden set up with live music. It was the perfect setting for photos!
To end off a perfect engagement session, we went to Lincoln Memorial Gardens. This park has been around since the 1930's and has so much to offer. This park is perfect to take a stroll with your loved one, to walk your dog, or for a perfect photo session <3
Lincoln Memorial Gardens has perfect lookouts to Lake Springfield, bridges, and beautiful trails. If you're in the area, go check it out! You won't be disappointed!
